NextGen Ministries

Student Ministries (Altitude Youth) * Our youth ministry meets every Wednesday evening and Sunday mornings for Sunday School. These gatherings create a welcoming and engaging environment where students can invite friends, build meaningful relationships, and grow in their faith. Through worship, fun activities, and relevant teaching, students are encouraged to deepen their understanding of what it means to follow Christ in their everyday lives.

Children's Ministries (TCC Kidz) * TCC Kidz is more than childcare; it’s intentional ministry for our youngest generation. During our adult services, children experience a fun, safe, and engaging environment where they receive age-appropriate biblical teaching and learn how to pray and worship God. This is where the foundation of their faith begins, as they grow through Bible stories, hands-on activities, and meaningful moments that point them to Jesus.

Music & Live Production Ministries

Worship Team: Our worship team leads the congregation in authentic, Christ-centered worship, using their musical and vocal gifts to create an atmosphere that draws people into God’s presence.

Production Team: Our production team serves behind the scenes through audio, lighting, and livestream, using their skills and creativity to support each service and help create meaningful moments of connection between God and His people.

Guest Services

Ushers Team: Our ushers faithfully serve as doorkeepers in God’s house, providing guidance, support, and a warm welcome to everyone who attends. They assist with seating, receiving the offering, serving communion, supporting baptisms, and helping ensure services run smoothly.

Welcome Team (Greeters): Our Welcome Team joyfully greets each guest, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere from the moment people arrive to the moment they leave. They help every person feel seen, valued, and at home.

Parking Team: Our Parking Team is often the first point of contact for guests. They provide direction, manage traffic flow, and assist with parking to create a smooth, safe, and welcoming arrival experience.

Safety Team: The Safety Team serves as the trained eyes and ears of the church, helping maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone. They remain attentive and prepared so that all can worship with confidence and peace of mind.

Adult Ministries

Young Adult Ministry: Our Young Adults Ministry meets twice a month on Wednesday at 6:30 PM, creating a space where young adults can navigate life together—faith, work, finances, mental health, and everything in between. Through honest conversations, practical teaching, and fun social gatherings, they build genuine friendships and grow in their relationship with Christ.

Life Groups Ministry: Life Groups are designed to help people grow in their faith and build meaningful community. These groups provide a space to study God’s Word, ask real questions, and apply biblical truth to everyday life—no matter where you are in your journey. With a mix of discipleship-focused and interest-based groups, Life Groups remind us that church is more than a Sunday service—it’s doing life together, finding encouragement, and growing alongside others.

Intercessory Team: Our Intercessory Team is a weekly prayer ministry that meets before Sunday services at 9 AM. This team is dedicated to covering our services, church family, and those seeking Jesus in prayer. Together, they seek God’s presence and help set the spiritual tone for the week ahead.

Prayer & Altar Ministry: We believe in the power of prayer, as God’s house is called to be a house of prayer. This ministry is made up of dedicated prayer warriors who encourage and support our congregation, stand firm in spiritual battles, and serve as a spiritual lifeline for the church. Each week, they come forward to pray with individuals, intercede for needs, and help guide people in their journey toward Christ.

Secondary Serving Teams

Hospitality Ministry: The Hospitality Ministry team supports our church family by providing meals and food assistance. This may include serving in the kitchen during special events, as well as preparing or delivering meals to those recovering from medical issues, experiencing personal crises, grieving a loss, welcoming a new child, and more.

First Responders: The members of this ministry are trained medical professionals who serve by using their skills and expertise to assist anyone in our congregation experiencing a medical emergency, as well as supporting church events and outreach activities.

Women's Ministry: There’s a place for you in TCC Women’s Ministry. We grow closer to the Lord together through God’s Word, the Holy Spirit, and sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Join us at special events or in a women’s group. Connect through Bible studies, interest groups, prayer, and serving. Be part of a community that strengthens your faith, builds friendships, and encourages one another in Christ.

Men's Ministry: Man Up Men’s Ministry equips men to lead in their homes, workplaces, community, and church. We support spiritual growth through worship, obedience to God, and meaningful programs and events. Our goal is to strengthen every area of life and encourage men to share the love of Jesus in their community.

Senior Adults Ministry: The Senior Adults Ministry is a caring community for our seasoned members. It exists to encourage and support one another through prayer, meaningful Bible studies, special gatherings, and fellowship. This ministry provides opportunities to grow in faith, build lasting relationships, and share life’s wisdom while walking together in Christ.

The Bridge (Coffee Shop Team): The Bridge is more than a coffee shop. It is a ministry space where we believe every cup served is an opportunity to reflect God’s love, offering warmth, welcome, and a simple moment that can bring a smile. Whether someone is visiting for the first time or has been part of the community for years, each interaction is a chance to offer hospitality that points to something greater. If you are a trained barista or simply someone who loves coffee, you are welcome here. There are opportunities to serve, share your skills, or learn and grow alongside others. All proceeds from the café go toward supporting missions and advancing our shared calling to strengthen and serve the Church both locally and beyond.

Outreach Team: “Go and tell the nations” is the heart behind our Outreach Team. We are passionate about sharing God’s Word and His love both locally and globally. Our mission is simple: to serve, care for, and uplift the communities around us. Through intentional outreach efforts and large events throughout the year, we go with purpose, compassion, and a desire to make His love known.

Brookdale Senior Ministry: The Brookdale ministry team meets twice a month on Tuesdays at a local assisted living facility, offering worship, biblical teaching, and fellowship to residents.

Events & Visual Arts Team: The Events & Visual Arts Team helps bring TCC’s vision to life by creatively expressing God’s Word through the arts. They support the church and major outreach events by using their gifts in event planning, decorating, building, painting, design, writing, and hands-on setup and teardown, helping create meaningful and engaging environments for every gathering.

Communications/Social Media Team: The Communications Ministry exists to be rooted in God’s Word and to use our creative gifts in social media, photography, video, design, and writing to impact our church, engage our community, and reach the world.
